KIZUNA by AM25

KIZUNA is AM25’s internal operational platform, designed and developed to centralize clients, projects, documents, payments, and automated processes within a single system. Conceptually, it can be described as a custom Enterprise Resource Planning platform with integrated Customer Relationship Management capabilities.

The main challenge was designing a system around AM25’s specific workflow rather than adapting the business to the limitations of generic commercial software. The goal was to create a flexible, centralized environment capable of supporting the studio’s daily operations without relying on an increasingly fragmented collection of subscriptions and disconnected tools.
